If you are connected to Polemix with your email address, you can transfer your POSU out of your Polemix wallet.

You can also transfer POSUs directly using crypto wallets. To transfer an NFT with MetaMask, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the MetaMask app and click NFTs.
2. Select the NFT you would like to transfer and press Send.
3. Paste the recipient address and click Next. Confirm the NFT selection by clicking Next again.
4. You will then see the Estimated gas fee. This gas fee is the cost of transferring your NFT to the recipient (in ETH). To confirm the transfer, press Send.
5. You'll see a confirmation message when the transfer is complete.
